Dipharma SA confirms the recognition as one of the best companies to work for in Switzerland

Chiasso, Switzerland, November 6th, 2023 | Dipharma SA, a pharmaceutical company specialized in high quality and improved medicines for rare diseases, has been recently recognized for the second time as one of the best places to work in Switzerland. During the assessment, the company received outstanding scores across several aspects of their workplace such as leadership, learning opportunities, trust and personal growth of the employees, resulting in its recognition among the employer of choice in Switzerland.

The highest satisfaction scores were obtained on the workplace category (93%), Leadership (91%), Compensation (91%) and Team Work – Relationship (91%).
